Terms of Service for Returns and Exchanges:

Our return policy for jewelry and shawls is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and hassle-free shopping. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase of jewelry or shawls, you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return unless it is a final sale item. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may have arrived damaged, and we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible.

To ensure your satisfaction with your purchases, we have outlined our policies regarding returns and exchanges. Please carefully review these terms as they govern the process of returning or exchanging products.

1. Return Policy:

1.1. Artistique Flair is committed to your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

1.2. Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days from the date of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in new condition with all tags and/or labels attached, and packaging intact. We take the quality of our products seriously, and this step helps us maintain the highest standards for our customers.

Any stains, or signs of wear such as but not limited to broken beads, or strings or frayed threads on any items upon receipt of the merchandise will disqualify it from any exchange or return even though they may be received within 14 days of purchase.

For an item to be considered damaged or defective, the customer must call or email and notify us within the first 48 hours of receiving the merchandise as delay in informing us will disqualify the returns as we would not be able to confirm whether damage occurred after receiving it or before. That is why it is of utmost importance to notify us of any defective or damaged product as soon as you get the package delivered to your address.

Proof of purchase, such as the invoice, order confirmation, or receipt, must be provided within the return package to expedite the processing.

A valid RA number, see below, must also be sent with the product and receipt/order confirmation.

Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Return Authorization (RA):

2.1. To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Artistique Flair. You can request an RA number by contacting our customer support team at info@artistiqueflair.com

2.2. Returns sent without a valid RA number may not be processed or accepted.

3. Return Process:

3.1. Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, along with a copy of your order confirmation or receipt. Send the package to the address provided with your RA number.

3.2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. In such cases where a product is defective or some error occurred on our part, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

4. Refund or Exchange:

4.1. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

4.2. If the return is approved, you may choose between the following options:

Refund: We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping fees. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for us to complete this process after we receive the returned product. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us @ (artistiqueflair.info@gmail.com)

Exchange: You may opt for an exchange of the same item or a similar item of equal value, subject to product availability. Any price difference will be handled accordingly.

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Exceptions to Returns and Exchanges:

 5.1. Certain items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to:

Earrings and other pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged.

The customer has to notify us of any damage or defect in the product within 48 hours of receipt.

Items returned after the 14-day return window, without letting us know and getting a confirmation email from us stating that the product can be returned with an assigned RA number, may not be refunded especially if any damage has occurred to the product. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns any Final sales, or gift cards.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

6.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

We will work swiftly to resolve the issue. We may request photographic evidence to assist in the assessment and resolution process. Our commitment is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your jewelry and shawl purchases.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning jewelry or shawls unless the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a damaged product. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

European Union 14-day cooling off period: 

 For our friends in the European Union, notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
